You can simply select any product out of thousands, just click on to “add to cart” button provided below on each product and checkout after checking the product details. Make sure you have signup an account on our site for proper communication.

 

How do I ensure about my personal detail is secured?

Yocarts.in is threat protected site and respects the privacy of user information and has made their protection in all activities on internet. It includes the cooperation with partners and third parties but we don’t accept responsibility for third parties and partners or any disclosures of your personal information made by third parties. For example partners, logistics and advertisers. We only assured of taking care of information that is controlled by us.

 

Is the products is same as it looked into the pictures?

Yes, we maintained the picture quality by which you can get what you see. It varies slightly in some cases and colors but never compromised in quality. We also mention the quality of product like good and medium.

 

What makes yocarts.in different from the rest?

What should I do if the product size is incorrect for me?

You can exchange it by making a call on our customer number or email no extra charges for that, however we are unable to exchange in some categories. Size exchange is available only for once.

 

Does yocarts.in delivers internationally?

No, we deliver only in India yet.

 

Is there any warranty or guarantee of the products?

There is no guarantee or warranty of the products. If we get any warranty or guarantee from the vendors, we will provide same to you as well.

What is the next step happen after I placed my order?

When you place your order, a confirmation mail is sent to your mail or contact number with delivery details. Our team will contact you to verify your delivery details and confirmation.

Note- if we haven’t received your reply on confirmation in 48 hours. So we will not able to dispatch your product.

 

How to cancel order?

You can cancel your order before it dispatch by simply making a call to number provided at site. But it can’t change or cancel after it dispatches. So after your product dispatched if you still don’t want that product than don’t accept the package at the time of delivery.

 

How to change address?

You can change your address before it dispatches. If your order is shipped you can change your address within the city but not multiple locations for in a single order.

 

How can we deliver products and what is delivery time?

 We have the best logistic partner ensures the product get delivery soon as possible. We can deliver your product within 8- 10 working days after placed order. Working days exclude Sundays, public and national holidays.

 

How can I track my order?

We will provide you tracking id after product dispatches. You can track your order on our logistic partner website.

 

Why does delivery time vary from product to product?

It depends upon area you live in, stock availability, warehouses from which product is being shipped.

 

How will my product be packaged?

We will carefully package all products, so it will prevents from damage, water (by wrapping plastic around) and avoid other damage like crushing, cracking.

 

What will I do if I find package are opened or damaged?

In this case you should not accept the package, immediately call on our customer care number. We will respond you.

How can I return my product?

You can return the product in following conditions:-

  • Invoice needed
  • Box and other packaging(if used)
  • Labels, cards(if it is contained)
  • Unused, unwashed, without any defect and original condition

In above all points if any condition is unsatisfied we are not able to return the product.

 

I received a damage product or incorrect order at delivery time. What can I do?

You can simply call to our customer number within 1 day to inform us.

 

What is the procedure of return?

You can simply call us or send mail to us. Our team response you as soon as possible regarding pickup time. Our logistic partner will pick up within 5 days after your request. In any case your address is different or courier fails to find your address or you were not at your location cases like doors locked, address misguided. You have to pay extra courier charge at the time of replacement.

 

I returned my product, how can I get replacement?

When we received return product. We will check the condition of product it should be unused undamaged or original with invoice and other packaging and cards and other as mentioned in above points. We simply mail you when replaced product is shipped. If you don’t want replacement then we will pay you through cheque.

In case replacement is not available we will repay your money by cheque

Note- replacements and returns took 15 days after we received the product by you. If we received product without any of mentioned  things like  invoice, package and cards(if any) and if it seems used, damaged because of misuse or stretched unnecessary and if it is not in original condition, we will not able to refund or replacement. If you want the same product back, we are happy to send you back but it can take shipping charge extra.

 What’s the charge of shipping?

It depends upon the weight of the individual product. Minimum charge is 100/- for shipping to all over India. It may be increase, if any of products is weight is more than 1 kg (including package). Cod charges rs 60 extra.
